Bhartiya Krishak Samaj holds maiden meet in Srinagar

Srinagar, Apr 19 (KNS): The Bhartiya Krishak Samaj on Friday held its maiden meet in srinagar

Vice President, Bhartiya Krishak Samaj, M Y Zargar said that the forum has been made with an aim to highlight the problems and issues of farmer community.

He said that the forum demands uniform charges in cold storage houses and other issues.

He also said that forum will approach the agricultural experts from SKUAST and other places to consult them in spray schedule.

"The forum will have meeting in all districts to discuss the issues that our farmer community is facing. We are committed for the upliftment of agriculture sector", he added.

Besides vice president, the meeting was attended by district president Shopian Sayar Ahmad Dar, district president Baramulla, Mohammad Yousuf Dar, district president Budgam: Bashir Ahmad Mir,
District president Anantnag, Ghulam Hassan Bhat, District President Kulgam, Mohamad Maqbol Naik, district president Ganderbal , Sheikh Abdul Waheed, district president Srinagar Muneer Ahmad Rather and district president Kupwara Khurshed Ahmad Malk.(KNS)
