Kupwara, May 09 (KNS): The block development council (BDC) Chairperson of block sogam miss nageena greets people on the sacred occasion of Shab-e-Qadr.

In a message,Nageena said that Shab-e-Qadr also known as the ‘Night of Power’ is very pious and unique in which Almighty Allah revealed the Quran on his beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW, besides providing us with the best opportunity to seek mercy and forgiveness from Him.

“This night marks an important event which changed world history wherein the best of mankind was bestowed with an eternal message of peace and love i.e Holy Quran,” she remarked.

She also urged the people to hold special prayers and supplicate earnestly for the end of this pandemic.

“I hope that with our sincere prayers on this auspicious night, Allah will bestow us with serenity and relieve humanity from the burden of this disease. However, while praying, we shouldn’t let our guard down and strictly follow all the SOP’s diligently,” she observed. (KNS)
