Srinagar, Dec 22 (KNS): Senior National Conference leader Dr Bashir Ahmad Veeri Friday targeted Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for her decision of inducting brother Mufti Tasaduq into cabinet as a Minister.
Talking to media on the sidelines of party meet in Anantnag today, Dr Veeri alleged that Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti is missing the priorities and is leaving no stone unturned to rehabilitate kith and kin of her family.
“Although I welcome Tasaduq’s induction into cabinet but at the same it I must tell that these decisions put the credibility of our institutions at risk,” Dr Veeri said.
He said that he was to take on Mufti Tasaduq in coming Times.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel“Yes, I am the main political opponent of the Mufti family in south Kashmir and I will definitely take on him (Mufti Tassaduq) on issues concerning common people,” Veeri said.
Criticizing Mehbooba Mufti, he said, “at a time when the priority of Chief Minister should have been to restore the normalcy in the state she is busy in rehabilitating kith and kins” he said, adding Chief Minister should stop the ongoing bloodshed in the state instead of running rehabilitation policy for family members.
He alleged Govt has failed at all fronts, be it roads, electricity or drinking water, people suffer at all fronts. (KNS)
