Srinagar, Jan 30 (KNS) ; Baramulla legislator Javid Hassan Baigh on Friday stressed the need for healing the scars of the past and described the Kashmiri Pandit community as an inseparable part of the region’s shared civilisation, saying Kashmir remains “incomplete” without them.
Speaking with News Agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) National Conference leader emphasised that mutual understanding, not hatred, should pave the way forward.
“Let its lessons guide us toward a future of brotherhood, love, and mutual respect.”
He added, “Our Kashmiri Pandit community is an integral part of our shared civilisation. Kashmir is incomplete without them.”
The MLA from Baramulla also expressed hope for the community’s dignified homecoming.
“I pray they return to their homeland soon, in peace and dignity,” Baigh said. (KNS)
