Bangus Road: Mawer residents hail Beacon officials of RCC 99 Nowgam

Handwara, Nov 14 (KNS): The residents of Mawer in north Kashmir's Kupwara district on Sunday expressed gratitude to Beacon authorities of RCC 99 Nowgam for completing the earth cutting of the road via Mawer.

The development comes after Lieutenant Governor Monoj Sinha visited the Bangus and directed the concerned authorities to speed up the work on the road.

Residents said the construction of roads to Bangus valley will help a large number of young people and opportunities for their livelihood.

They also said that the road was long pending demand of people of the area and finally the demand has been fulfilled.

The residents said, despite winters is approaching the Beacon department is continuously working on the road.

It is worth mentioning here that, soon after the pictures from the Bangus went viral locals started Cheering and same welcomed it. (KNS)
