Bandipora gets its first air-monitoring system

Bandipora, July 24 (KNS): The Bandipora district on Saturday got its first real-time air-quality monitoring system.
 The Air quality monitoring system PM-2.5 was installed at District Headquarters Bandipora by the Pollution  Control Board.

Terming it as a major achievement in the district, District Officer PCB Bilal Ahmad said the entire team put their best efforts in the successful installation of the monitoring system and hence will be able to read the air quality of the district.

He said the readings hence will help the district administration to take measures accordingly to ensure quality of air is maintained.(KNS)
