Srinagar, Jan 7 (KNS): PHDCCI has welcomed the new industrial policy announced by LG Manoj Sinha.
PHDCCI President Baldev Singh Raina said
Chamber is gruntled with the New Industrial Development Scheme of J&K -2021, announced by the Government of J&K. "It is well balanced, sustainable, and promotes inclusive industrial development throughout the UT "

There is an underlying promise to explore more into the domains of Industrial Development Of J&K, he added.

The Prime Minister, Ministry of Commerce & Industry , Ministry Of Home Affairs and Hon'ble LG of J&K has come out with a visionary, forward-looking, and far-sighted Policy catering to all segments of business leading J&K to an Atmanirbhar and Investment Hub in the true sense,." Statement issued reads.

"On behalf of PHDCCI and entire industry fraternity of J&K we thank Government of J&K administration headed by Manoj Sinha for their proactive approach to boost the economy by releasing the New Industrial Development Scheme of J&K and bringing remarkable reforms and incentives for Investments in J&K," he added.

"We believe that the incentives announced is a welcome move to attract investors from many sectors placing J&K on the global map in regards to advanced manufacturing, research and development, innovation, and creativity and Startups."

I am sure that the efforts of PHDCCI regarding industrial policy and our suggestions for economic development of J&K is in full alignment with the government initiatives. he said.
