New Delhi, Oct 3 (KNS): Former J&K Chief Minister and Chairman of Gandhi Global Family, Ghulam Nabi Azad, today inaugurated the Global Youth Festival 2025 at Sant Nirankari Bhawan, Panipat.

The festival, launched on Gandhi Jayanti, aims to educate and engage youth on Mahatma Gandhi’s timeless values of truth, non-violence, and justice.

Addressing the gathering, Azad said Gandhiji’s principles remain a guiding light for humanity and should be carried forward by today’s generation to build a just, inclusive, and peaceful world.

He stressed that Gandhi’s ideology united people without division or discrimination, and urged youth to spread the message of harmony, rejecting conflict, violence, or caste and religious bias.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel“From Kashmir to Kanyakumari, we are all one,” he said, adding that India can progress only through unity and collective effort.

The festival will feature discussions, cultural programs, and awareness campaigns to inspire youth to adopt Gandhian ideals in their personal and social lives.

The event, organised by Gandhi Global Family in coordination with Sant Nirankari Mission and National Youth Project, witnessed participation from students, youth leaders, academicians, and civil society members from across India.(KNS)
