Srinagar, Dec 15 (KNS): The High Court (HC) on Thursday directed home department to submit objection report in two days over the release of Hurriyat (G) spokesperson, Ayaz Akbar.
According to family sources, Justice Muhammad Yaqoob Mir has directed the home department to submit the objection report in two days over the release of his father.
“It was the first court hearing since my father was arrested. The home department had not submitted the objection report before the court today and were directed to submit it in next two days,” he said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
They informed KNS that the court would hear the next hearing in the next week.
Notably, the wife of Ayaz Akbar has been suffering from serious ailment and the doctors have advised her family to shift her to Delhi for immediate treatment.
Family sources had said that Akbar’s wife is suffering from cancerous ailment and was already undergoing treatment in Delhi. (KNS)
