Srinagar, Mar 12 (KNS):Department of Agriculture Kashmir today launched an awareness campaign in view of out break of novel corona virus (COVID-19) at Lalmandi, Srinagar.Director Agriculture Kashmir Altaf Aijaz Andrabi gave a brief account regarding different preventive measures in combating the Corona virus (COVID -19) to all the staff members.
Director desired that we should at individual as well as collective level cautious in our endeavour so as to reduce the chances of infection of this dangerous disease as the disease has been declared pandemic.

Director on the occasion directed the Estates officer of the Department to start a cleanliness drive at the agriculture complex and keep sanitizers and soaps available in all washrooms of the complex.
Joint Director Agriculture Extension Kashmir Chowdhary Mohammad Iqbal, Agriculture Information Officer/ Divisional Seed Certification Officer Waseem Ahma Shah and other senior officers of the department were also present.(KNS)
