Srinagar, Feb 15 (KNS): Muslim League chairperson, and Hurriyat (G) leader Masarat Alam Bhat on Wednesday was sent to Baramulla jail on fifteen days judicial remand, spokesman said.
The Muslim League has termed this act as political Vengeance and said during last 10 years Masrat has been kept few months out of Jails.
According to the Muslim League legal secretary Shah Riyaz, on Wednesday Masrat Alam was presented before court in Sumbal, where the judge sent him on 15 days judicial remand, in a case lodged in police station Sumbal FIR no 53/2015.

He added that soon after the Court order, Masarat was again shifted to district jail Baramulla. He said that after 2008, Alam was released in 2010 and soon after in September he was rearrested and after five years in March 2015 he was released but after 40 days he was against arrested.
Legal secretary Riyaz Shah said the government is deliberately lodging forge cases against Masrat Alam so that he could be put behind bars. (KNS)
