Srinagar, Jul 11 (KNS): While expressing deep sorrow and sympathies with the bereaved families and injured persons of Amarnath pilgrims attacked at Batengoo Anantnag, the Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) President, Abdul Qayoom Wani Tuesady said that such acts are highly condemnable.

Wani said that “a thorough independent probe should be conducted in the whole episode.”
He said that “such acts have no place in a civilized society and are against the cultural ethos of the state.”
Wani expressed heartfelt condolences with the bereaved families and prayed for the early recovery of the injured. (KNS)
