JAMMU, Mar 12 (KNS) ; Senior politician Bilal Gani Lone on Thursday expressed deep concern over the attack on National Conference President and former Chief Minister Dr Farooq Abdullah in Jammu, while extending relief over his safety.
In a statement issued here, Lone condemned the incident, emphasizing that attacks on mainstream political figures are a matter of grave concern for the stability of the region.

"It is a matter of grave concern to hear about the attack on Dr Farooq Saheb. However, it’s reassuring that he is safe and that the incident didn’t cause him any harm," Lone said.
