Srinagar, Mar 07 (KNS): The association of ISM doctors (AID) J&K held an emergency meeting under the presidentship of Dr Muhammad Jamal Bhat.
According to the statement issued to KNS, the association strongly condemned the police action and arresting of dozens of NHM employees who were protesting peacefully in Srinagar.
Terming the police action as ‘condemnable’, the association alleged that the government is trying to gag the voice of NHM employees who are projecting their genuine and long pending demands in a democratic way.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Moreover, the association stressed that the government should have a sympathetic approach towards this ‘humane problem’ as it concerns the future of thousands of employees and their dependents recruited through NHM. (KNS)
