Aspirant from Udhampur demands new dates for interview

‘Dates were made public on internet but we are unable to access’

Srinagar, May 28 (KNS): The Gujar and Bakarwal candidates who applied for the posts VLUU and veterinary farmer assistant couple of weeks back are up in arms against the government for not makin the interview dates public and have demanded new interview dates for them.
An aspirant from district Udhampur told KNS that a large number of aspirants have enrolled their forms for the said posts. However, according to them the interview dates were announced on internet. “We belong to a backward community and how is it possible for us to know about dates. We have no internet facility here and with the same we are unable to access the internet due to which we failed to appear for interview,” he said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He said that like other districts including Poonch, Rajouri and others, the government should also announce the new dates of interviews for the Gujar and Bakarwal community. “We were on movement during the dates on which the interviews was held,” he said.
They later appealed chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti to intervene into the matter and redress the genuine demands of people at earliest. (KNS)
