Srinagar, April 29 (KNS) : Abdul Salam Mir (ASM) Foundation Trust, on Saturday felicitated two KAS qualifiers and four young sports individuals for their outstanding performances in their respective fields.

A function in this regard was organised at the office of the ASM Foundation Trust, presided over by its chairman, Mr. Zuhaib Yousuf Mir.

The august gathering included Mr. Sachin Arora, (senior IAS faculty Geography) who was also the chief guest of the function.

The chief guest presented momentos to Miss Zarqa Naquib and Mr. Rahil Amin for qualifying KAS 2022 examination with flying colors.

Mr. Adil Manzoor was also presented a momento for representing India in the Pencak Silat Ice Stock game.

Another promising sportsman Shakib Rather was presented a momento for achieving success in Mixed Martial Arts.

Likewise, Mr Musharaf Qayoom was presented a momento for representing India in Taekwondo and Wushu.

Another momento was presented to Mr Mohsin Ali for achieving success in Kayaking.

The felicitation ceremony was addressed by the chief guest Mr. Sachin Arora and the chairman ASM Foundation Trust Foundation Mr. Zuhaib Mir.

They praised the achievements of the above mentioned personalities while terming them the role models for the younger generation and wished them the best.

Pertinently, ASM Foundation Trust is organising guidance programs for the IAS and KAS aspirants and also sponsors events for sports personalities.(KNS)
