Jammu, Dec 19 (KNS): Former Bureaucrat and Veteran Social Activist Mohd Asam Laigoro Saturday joined Congress Party in presence of JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir in Jammu.
Laigoro has worked in various capacities having discharged his duties to the best of his abilities. He has served the State in different capacities like Commissioner SMC Srinagar, VC SDA, MD Financial Corporation, Directors Estates.
