Demands justice to victims families of Nadimarg massacre

Srinagar, Mar 23 (KNS): Supreme Court lawyer and Kashmiri Pandit Ashok Bhan has urged the Centre for the safe return of Kashmiri pandits to their homeland and has sought justice for the victim families of Nadimarg massacre. 

Speaking at a function in NCR on the o martyrdom anniversary of in Nadimarg victims he said that how long has the indigenous community to wait for justice of the exiled Pandits.
 
He urged the government to engage with the representatives and thought leaders of the community to discuss their return and prioritise the most important bigger question of government’s plan for safe, secured and empowered return for 7.5 lakhs Kashmiri pandits.
 
He said that all efforts to set right and mainstream the Kashmir affairs are incomplete without the return of KPs living in exile for last 33 years and without their active participation in promoting the idea of India process in Kashmir.

“Kashmir’s civilisation is in vacuum without the physical presence of Kashmiri Pandits,” he said. (KNS)
