Handwara, Oct 09 (KNS): The army in collaboration with the Ayush department on Saturday organised a medical camp at Krumhora village in Handwara area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

In a statement, issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), the medical camp consisted of doctors and pharmacists from Ayush Medical unit, District Hospital Handwara which includes specialists from Gynaecology, Paediatrics, General medicine department and Yoga instructor.

“A large number of locals turned up for treatment which included 147 women, 194 men and 89 children. Medicines including immuno modulator medicines were distributed to all the locals along with knowledge of Yoga and its benefits,” reads the statement. (KNS)
