Condemns the brutal killing in Handwara

Srinagar, Apr 12 (KNS): Democratic Freedom Party chairman Shabir Ahmad Shah on Tuesday condemned the killing of two youth by Indian Army in north Kashmir’s Handwara district.
In a statement issued to KNS, Shah while condemning the brutal killing said the people were protesting against the molestation attempt by Army which in turn opened fire on them. “This is the brutal face of these occupational forces who have made the killing as their hobby in Kashmir,” he said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelShah said the unbridled powers in the garb of AFSPA are only emboldening the Indian Army that they can go away from any killings in Jammu Kashmir.
The grieved Shah expressed condolence and solidarity with the families of martyred youth Nayeem Ahmad Bhat and Mohammad Iqbal.
Meanwhile, the DFP spokesperson has supported the shutdown call given by Hurriyat Conference chairman Syed Ali Geelani Sahib for April 13. (KNS)
