Srinagar, Apr 09 (KNS): People's Democratic Party state secretary youth Arif Laigaroo Saturday urged central administration LG governor Manoj Sinha to release Waheed Parra in view of Ramzan.
In a statement to Kashmir news service (KNS), Laigroo said that the central government should release president of the Peoples Democratic Party’s youth wing Waheed Parra as the holy festival Eid-ul-Fitr is approaching.
The Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the holy festival of Muslims, is also approaching, on the eve of Eid, everyone deserves to be in his family so the Parra, Laigroo said.
The administration must release Waheed Para, who have been jailed since November 2020. The charges against him have not been proved by investigative agencies in the court of law, he said.
Laigroo demands release of all political prisoners of Jammu Kashmir lodged in different jails. (KNS)
