Discusses local burning issues with the Senior Vice President Apni Party

Srinagar, February 11 (KNS): A delegation of Apni Party senior workers from Tangmarag on Thursday called on Apni Party Senior Vice President and Former Minister Ghulam Hassan Mir at the Party office in Srinagar.

As per the statement issued to KNS, The delegates conveyed their various grievances faced by the locals in Tangmarag. They said that the locals in the area are facing acute shortage of safe drinking water and intermittent electric supply. “The situation had worsened after the snowfall in the month of January,” they informed.

These delegates also complained about the deplorable condition of the roads in Tangmarag town and its adjoining areas and said it appears that the administration is impervious to redress their grievances.

The delegates also apprised the Senior Vice President of Apni Party regarding a sharp rise in unemployment in the area and implored him to impress upon the government to create employment avenues for the local qualified and skilled.

Ghulam Hassan Mir assured the delegates that he will take up their genuine concerns with the competent authorities and shall seek for their immediate redressal.

“I assure you that all your genuine demands will be taken with the concerned authorities. I urge the administration to consider the problems faced by the people of Tangmarag and address their grievances on a priority basis,” Mir demanded.(KNS)
