Altaf Bukhari gives warm welcome to the new entrants

Srinagar December 15 (KNS): A large group of social activists from north Kashmir’s Sopore joined Apni Party in an event organized at the party headquarters in Srinagar on Thursday. The new entrants included Javaid Ahmad Bhat, Rayees Kaloo, Imtiyaz Ahmad Mir, Fayaz Ahmad Dar, Ghulam Jeelani Kana, and Qazi Munaf. They joined the party along with scores of volunteers and workers.

Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari greeted the new entrants into the party fold. On this occasion, he said, “I wholeheartedly welcome you to Apni Party and assure you that the party will extend its full support to your activities in terms of your social service. I am sure your presence at the party will strengthen the party cadre further in Sopore.” He reiterated that the Apni Party’s one of the key activities is to serve the people in terms of helping them to get public issues and grievances resolved through the concerned authorities.

Besides Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, the prominent leaders who were present on the occasion included Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir, former legislator Yawar Mir, Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi, District President Baramulla Khurshid Ahmad Khan, District President Bandipora Shafaat Kazmi, District President Ganderbal Javaid Mir, District Vice President Kulgam Gul Mohammad Tantray, senior leaders Ghulam Mohammad War, Ghulam Rasool Dar, and others.(KNS)
