Srinagar, Oct 27 (KNS): Kashmir Economic Alliance (KEA) on Thursday said that any delegation visiting Valley must have a mandate from Government of India and state government.
Addressing a presser here at local hotel, KEA chairman, Muhammad Yousuf Chapri said that the delegations that are visiting Valley from time to time should be authorized by the Government of India and the state government as well.
He said, “We don’t deny any delegation visiting Valley but at least they should have a mandate from the GoI and state government so that we can jointly decide the future of Kashmir.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel”
Chapri said that Kashmir issue is neither any economic issue nor any religious issue. “Kashmir issue is a political issue hung up from 1947, committed by the then Prime Minister, Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru, UN and all other organizations across the world. However, till then nothing has been decided,” he said
“We didn’t meet the delegation having no authorization of GoI. We will only meet with the delegation which will be authorized and who will discuss the Kashmir issue,” Chapri said. (KNS)
