Strongly condemning the burning of religious flags by Hindu extremists in Rajouri, Jammu Kashmir National Front chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan said that ever since the BJP backed government has come to power in the state, the mischievous activities against the Muslims have increased to the alarming level and the Hindu communal forces have started their anti-Muslim activities more openly.
Nayeem Ahmad Khan expressed concern over the clamping of curfew in Rajouri and said instead of arresting the Hindu extremist forces police are trying to crush the Muslims. He demanded immediate action against the VHP and Bajrangdal activists who burned the religious flags injuring sentiments of the Muslims. However he apprehended, “to arrest the communal Hindu goons is not possible because they rule the state.”
Nayeem Ahmad Khan cautioned that if the process of harassing Muslims is not stopped it will have serious consequences and a strong reaction will come to fore against this in the Kashmir Valley.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He said that burning of religious flags in Rajouri is neither any coincidence nor has this occurred due to the ignorance of the miscreants but it is part of a well thought plan and its only purpose is to hurt the Muslim sentiment and create the communal tension.
Nayeem Ahmad Khan said that all the branches of Sang Parivar are preparing for an ethnic cleansing of the Muslims in the Jammu region that is why Muslims are being provoked every now and then. He said that the role of police is also very criminal as the men in uniform arrest and harass the Muslims only which aggravates the situation.
Nayeem Ahmad Khan however, pledged that the Muslims of Pir Panchal region, Chinab valley and Jammu region will not be left alone as they are a part and parcel of the Kashmiri Muslims. He said that Kashmiri Muslims will do everything to protect their brethren living in any part of the state.
