Budgam, Feb 18 (KNS): Anjuman Shari Shian Monday said that the silence of saner elements, civil society and liberals of Jammu on the “hooliganism of chauvinist” attacks on Muslims and Kashmiris amounts to a criminal attitude of these people.
The spokesperson condemned the attacks on Muslims and Kashmiris in Jammu and other parts of the country under the pretext of recent Pulwama attack.
He termed the attacks on Kashmiris and Muslims as a most reprehensible act of the cowardice. He said that Kashmiri Muslims have a history of being non-communal, humane and harmonious and we as a nation have always and in all seasons and weathers protected this humanity and harmony.
The spokesperson said that whatever happening in Jammu right now is shameful in every respect but the more pathetic is the behaviour of Government. (KNS)
