Srinagar, Dec 27 (KNS) : Anjuman Auqaf Jama Masjid Srinagar has expressed deep grief over the demise of the wife of its former accountant and a well-wisher of the Mirwaiz Family, Khwaja Ali Muhammad Baba of Bota Kadal, Lal Bazar, Srinagar.
In a statement, the Anjuman on its incarcerated Chairman Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq, expressed condolences with the bereaved family members, especially Khwaja Ali Muhammad Baba and Anjuman General Secretary Haji Altaf Ahmad Bhat, and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed soul and forbearance to the bereaved family.
Meanwhile, the employees and staff of the Anjuman along with a a large number of local people participated in the funeral prayer of the deceased.(KNS)
