Kupwara, Apr 25 (KNS): Scores of Anganwadi workers of Kupwara district Tuesday protested in Kupwara town demanding release of their pending salaries and promotions.

“We have not received our salaries for last eight months and we have not been promoted yet despite years of service at the same post,” said Khanam Rafiqa, president union of Anganwadi workers of Kupwara district. (KNS)
