Srinagar April 4:(KNS) Jammu and Kashmir Awami National Conference (ANC) President Begum Khalida Shah and Sr. Vice President Muzzafar Shah have strongly condemned the killing of CRPF trooper in Maisuma Srinagar on Monday.
In a statement , the ANC leaders said senseless violence and bloodshed have taken heavy toll on the people of Jammu and Kashmir, tearing apart family of CRPF personnel and adding to our collective tragedies.
Terming the attack as dastardly and barbaric, the ANC leaders said that the cowardly attack on CRPF personnel and labouerers have left us numb and speechless.
"We unreservedly condemn the dastardly and cowardly attack on the CRPF personal and labourers. We stand with the family in this terrible time. Such acts of violence have no place in our society.
Paying rich tributes to the slain, they conveyed their heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family and speedy recovery of another CRPF personnel who was injured in the attack.(KNS)
