Srinagar, Jul 11 (KNS): Senior resistance leader and Jammu Kashmir National Front chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan Tuesday expressed deep sorrow and grief over the killing of Amarnath Yatris in Anantnag and termed it ‘an inhuman act’.
In a statement issued to KNS, he said that whole Kashmiri nation is mourning and condemning the gruesome act and people irrespective of party lines are in a state of shock but unfortunately Indian media cannot acknowledge the peoples resentment at this crucial stage.
While condemning the gruesome act, Khan stressed for an impartial probe of the attack and said that “such incidents are blot on the face of humanity and no sane human being can remain without condemning such inhuman acts whether they take place in Kashmir or elsewhere in the world.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel”
Khan said that Amarnath yatra has been made a volatile affair by New Delhi by giving it a security hype hence endangering the lives of yatris otherwise it was a normal annual affair in the Valley and locals would love to provide every sort of support for it.
Khan condoled the deaths and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families. He also prayed for speedy recovery of the injured. (KNS)
