Srinagar, June 24(KNS): Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived at Lal Chowk in Srinagar to lay the foundation stone for the revered "Balidan Stambh." Prior to this, he also visited Baltal to assess the preparedness for the upcoming Amarnath Yatra.
Accompanied by LG Manoj Sinha and high-ranking police and civil administration officials, Shah's arrival at Lal Chowk was under stringent security measures.
Shah's visit to Jammu commenced on Friday, where he delivered a speech at a massive rally. Subsequently, he proceeded to Srinagar, attended an event at SKICC Srinagar, and chaired a security review meeting focused on the Amarnath Yatra.(KNS).
