Srinagar August 27 (KNS):  Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Saturday visited the residence of Ghulam Qadir Dar (Zamzam) in the Rambagh area of Natipora in Srinagar. He was accompanied by several party leaders and workers including Chairman DDC Srinagar Malik Aftab, District Vice President Aijaz Rather, Corporator Natipora Aijaz Bhat, Zonal Vice Coordinator Channapora Mohammad Saleem Bhat, Showket Mohiuddin, Towseef Bashir, and others.


According to a press release issued here, Apni Party President expressed his sorrow over the death of the wife of Ghulam Qadir Dar (Zamzam) and extended his condolences to the bereaved family. The deceased was the aunt of Mohammad Shafi Dar, the party’s ward President at Natipora in Srinagar.

Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari said, “Although no words can really help to ease the pain of irreparable loss to this family, we know that life and death are in the hands of Almighty Allah, and as Muslims, we are supposed to be submissive to Allah’s will.”

He added, “Ghulam Qadir Dar has a long-time association with my family. In this hour of grief, I stand in solidarity with him and other members of the bereaved family. May Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and give her kith and kin enough strength to bear the pain of this irreversible loss.”(KNS)
