Srinagar, Aug 20 (KNS): A new two-wheeler showroom, Rising Autoz, offering Aprilia, Vespa and other Piaggio products, was inaugurated in Karanagar here on Thursday, with Apni Party chief Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari calling the venture a welcome addition to Kashmir's business landscape.
Hotelier Club chairman Mushtaq Chaya attended the inauguration as the special guest, while SSP Traffic Srinagar Mohammad Aijaz Bhat was the guest of honour.
The event was also attended by prominent personalities, business figures and journalists, including Syed Ashiq Bukhari, Junaid Qureshi, KNS Editor-in-Chief Mohammad Aslam and representatives of various media organisations. Piaggio Networking Head Gaetano Pignataro and other company officials were also present.
Rising Kashmir Editor-in-Chief Ayaz Hafiz Gani, who owns Rising Autoz, welcomed the guests and thanked them for attending the launch.
The showroom offers a range of two-wheelers, including Aprilia 125 and 175 models, Vespa scooters and other Piaggio products, providing customers in Kashmir with access to premium two-wheelers under one roof.

Bukhari congratulated Gani and his team on the launch, saying such private ventures could contribute to economic activity and employment generation.
"Such ventures are important not only for providing people with quality products and services but also for creating employment opportunities for our youth," he said.
He stressed the importance of private enterprise and entrepreneurship in strengthening the local economy and generating sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Chaya described the launch as a positive development for Kashmir's automobile and mobility sector and expressed confidence that the showroom would establish itself as a trusted name among customers.
Bhat also extended his best wishes to the management and staff of Rising Autoz.
The management said the showroom would focus on offering customers a diverse product range, quality buying experience and professional after-sales support.(KNS).
