Srinagar, Mar 4 (KNS): Former Minister for Public Works and MLA Amirakadal, Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari has expressed profound grief over an incident of a devastating fire at Gonikhan market and urged the administration to ensure adequate ex-gratia compensation to the victims of the tragedy.
