Altaf Bukhari greets people on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan

Jammu, Aug 2 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP) has greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan.

In a press statement, the JKAP President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari has expressed hope that the festival will strengthen the bond of brotherhood among the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

Bukhari said that the festival represents a symbol of unity between brothers and sisters and the occasion, gives an example to the entire society to unite for common good i.e. peace and prosperity.

He hoped that the occasion would usher an era of peace and development in J&K. Meanwhile, he appealed to the people to follow social distancing norms and wear face marks while celebrating the festival to avoid contraction with the covid19.
