Srinagar, Jan 14 (KNS): A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party led by the Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Friday visited the bereaved family of Haji Habibullah Tantray who passed away yesterday at his residence in Rawalpora, Srinagar.

The Party President was also accompanied by the Provincial Secretary Kashmir Abdul Rashid Haroon, Corporator Rawalpora and In-charge Amira Kadal Constituency Mohammad Ashraf Dar, Ward President Rawalpora Nazir Ahmad Dar, Ward President Rajbagh Ajaz Shafi, Ward President Ikhrajpora Abbas Ahmad, Provincial Youth Convener Kashmir Shoaib Dar, Party leader Abdul Gani & Party leader Sajad Tantray.

Late Haji Habibullah Tantray was father of NC Halqa President Ali Mohammad Tantray, grandfather of Hilal Ahmad Tantray and co-father-in-law of late Haji Abdul Gani Dar.

Bukhari extended his heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family while describing the departed soul as a pious and humble personality who was involved in various social and philanthropic works.

“Our profound solidarity goes out to the bereaved family in this hour of sorrow and we pray that Almighty Allah grants him eternal peace and forgiveness. We also pray for forbearance to the family and relatives to bear this irreparable loss,” he said.

Besides, Apni Party President also visited the family of late Ghulam Nabi Wani, brother of Mohammad Shafi Wani and Abdul Rashid Wani, who passed away last week at his residence at Chak-Rawalpora.

He said that Apni Party remains in deep solidarity with the bereaved family members and prays for eternal peace to the departed soul. (KNS)
