Srinagar January 28:(KNS) Apni Party President Syed Mohmmad Altaf Bukhari on Friday expressed deep shock and grief over the demise of Abdul Majid Dar, younger brother of senior party affiliate Mohammad Akbar Dar, who passed away at his residence in Parbagh, Rawalpora. 

In a condolence message issued here, Bukhari extended his sympathies with the bereaved family members while describing the departed soul as a humble and pious person whose absence will be always felt.

“It has been extremely unfortunate to learn about the death of the brother of our close party associate Mohmmad Akbar Dar sahib. In this moment of grief, we stand in deep solidarity with the family members and pray to Almighty Allah to forgive the departed soul and bestow eternal peace on him,” he said.

Meanwhile, on the directions of Party President a delegation of Apni Party leaders from Amira Kadal Constituency visited the bereaved family constituting of Party Incharge Amira Kadal Constituency and Corporator Rawalpora Mohammad Ashraf Dar, Ward President Rawalpora Nazir Ahmad Dar, Youth Provincial Covener Shoaib Dar, Abdul Samad Parray, Hilal Ahmad Tantray, Sajad Tantray, Latief Ahmad Dar, Mohammad Shafi Wani, Mohammad Yaseen Parray and Farooq Ahmad Khan.

The delegation also prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and forbearance to the bereaved family in this hour of sorrow.(KNS)
