Vijaypur, October 05 (KNS): - Apni Party President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari alongwith senior leadership Thursday participated in Antim Ardas organized at Vijaypur in Samba District on the tenth day of Shri Balwant Singh Ji, father of Provincial President, Jammu, S. Manjit Singh.
Altaf Bukhari was accompanied by Apni Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir and other leaders of Apni Party to Vijaypur where they participated in the prayers which were organised at the Gurdwara for the eternal peace of the departed soul of Shri Balwant Singh Ji.
Altaf Bukhari and Ghulam Hassan Mir expressed their sympathies on behalf of all the Party leaders in Jammu and Kashmir with the family members of S. Manjit Singh and they prayed for the courage of the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.
To pay their homage to the departed soul, hundreds of people from different segments of society including politicians, PRIs, members of civil society, police officers, and Govt officials participated in the Antim Ardas.
Meanwhile, S. Manjit Singh expressed his gratitude to all Apni Party leaders, and all the people/politicians cutting across party lines/officials, and all others who visited his residence and shared their grief and extended sympathy to the bereaved family members.(KNS)
