Srinagar, Oct 26 (KNS): Senior Congress leaders on Sunday warned that their party may reconsider its alliance with the National Conference (NC) if the ruling party fails to prioritize public welfare.
AICC General Secretary Shahnawaz Chaudhry stated that if the NC continues with its current approach, the Congress would be compelled to reassess the alliance.
Senior Congress leader Irfan Hafiz Lone echoed these concerns, emphasizing that the party expects tangible measures to ensure the welfare of the people.

Congress leaders stressed that the alliance between the two parties should be grounded in effective governance and responsiveness to citizens’ needs. They indicated that failure to meet these expectations could lead to a reevaluation of political cooperation with the NC.(KNS)
