Srinagar, Jan 06 (KNS): Director Srinagar International Airport, Kuldeep Singh on Thursday said that all flights operated normally after improvement in weather even as morning flights got delayed due to low visibility.

Talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Singh said that morning flights were delayed today as the weather was cloudy but the flight operations resumed normally later in the day after improvement in weather.

He said that around 10 flights were delayed in the morning and for the last two days 87 flights were cancelled due to inclement weather.

Singh said that people who are planning to visit the Valley should first confirm the status of their flights as due to weather conditions flights are getting delayed for Jammu and Kashmir.

He also said that there is not much difficulty in flight operations but due to inclement weather flights get delayed and soon after weather improves, flight operations are resumed. (KNS)
