Srinagar, Oct 22 (KNS): Chief of Al-Umar Mujahideen militant group Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar on Thursday called for a complete shutdown across Kashmir on October 27 against the landing of Indian Army on Kashmir soil.
“October 27 is the blackest day in the history of J&K as it was on this day in 1947 that Indian troops forcibly entered into Kashmir,” Mushtaq said in a tele-statement to KNS.
He said he will never allow separate colonies for Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir. “Both New Delhi and their puppets in J&K plan to call back KPs will be dealt with strong action.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelWe will not allow them to settle here in separate colonies,” he said.
Holding Jagmohan responsible for migration of KPSs from Kashmir, he said the former governor actually created wedge between Kashmiri Muslims and KPs. “Scores of KPs are still living in Kashmir and they were never threatened and harmed by any organization. And we will always guard them in future. But we won’t allow those who left the Valley in the behest of Jagmohan,” he said.
He appealed traders, transporters to support his Oct 27 shutdown call. (KNS)
