Srinagar, Jan 20 (KNS): Calling for complete shutdown on Jan 26, Al-Umar Mujahideen, a militant outfit on Friday said that they won’t allow India to make Kashmir Palestine.
In a tele-statement to KNS, the outfit chief, Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar appealed people of Kashmir to observe complete shutdown on Jan 26. “Armed struggle is the only way to resolve the long pending Kashmir issue,” he said.
He said, “India has occupied Kashmir forcibility and we will continue to fight against till the presence of the Indian forces in Kashmir.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel”
Zargar said, “We won’t allow India to make a situation like Palestine in Kashmir.”
Referring to return of Pandits in Kashmir, he said, “We didn’t force Kashmiri Pandits to migrate from Kashmir. It was the then Governor, Jagmohan who asked them to migrate with an aim to kill Kashmiri Muslims brutally.”
He said that “Some Kashmiri Pandit families are still living in Kashmir with brotherhood and harmony. We never forced them to migrate.” (KNS)
