Sopore, Jun 30 (KNS) : National Conference (NC) Member of Parliament Mohammad Akbar Lone on Thursday visited Tarzoo area of North Kashmir's Sopore town in Baramulla district and reviewed developmental scanerio.
During his visit to Tarzoo village in Baramulla district, MP North Kashmir Mohammad Akbar Lone released an amount of Rs 10 lacs for the embankment of Nallah Ningli at Graveyard which was damaged by the recent heavy downpour.
He urged upon the concerned officers to identify the bottlenecks, if any and bring them into the notice so that they are sorted out as early as possible.
During the visit, Lone was accompanied by the officials from police and civil administration including ADC Sopore and Tehsildar Khoie, besides officials from the various departments.
It's pertinent to mention, that Tarzoo earlier during unpredictable heavy rainfall got submerged as Nallah Ningli witnessed breaches.(KNS)
