Srinagar, Oct 29 (KNS): All J&K Revenue Officers Association (AJKROA) Thursday demanded stern action from higher-ups against a District Development Council (DDC) member from Khara area for his alleged misconduct with the Revenue Officer (1st Class Executive Magistrate). 

In a statement issued here, the AJKROA said, “We strongly condemn the misconduct of DDC Khara. We have firm faith in higher ups of administration particularly Tehsildar Gondoh who is enough capable to initiate stringent action against law breaker in order to ensure writ of the law on ground and by booking guilty under relevant sections of law.”

“The restoration of confidence, dignity, honour & prestige of Magistracy is essential and in the interest of general public,” the association said. 

“Moreover, if anyone has any complaint against any Officer or offical there is well placed machanism in every department, put in place by our Government for redressal of genuine grievances. Nobody is above law, irrespective of social or other status,” the Association (AJKROA) added. (KNS)
