Srinagar, May 21 (KNS) : Awami Ittihaad Party (AIP) while rejecting the recommendations of committee constituted in 2022 regarding the framing up a policy to regularise the services of ReK, ReJ, ReZ and NYC's, says current LG administration is back stabbing these talented and educated youth.

In a statement issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS) Awami Ittihaad Party (AIP) said, Providing only age relaxation for these youth in SSB selection process is mere a joke and an attempt to render the thousands of families at the mercy of God. People and these destitute youth were expecting something big and concrete from the said committee that turned out to be completely opposite to hollow claims that the government has been making for a long.

"It seems that administration is bent to push the unemployed youth to the wall. Government and the committee must consider that they have already attained the maximum age limit which is required for any recruitment process", read a statement.

The youth have been exploited by successive governments in the past and it seems that there is no end to their miseries in the current regime as well, the statement further reads.

The delegation is looking forward to meet the governor over this issue in the coming days, AIP Spokesperson, Firdous Baba revealed to the KNS
