Youth worst hit post August 2019

Srinsgar February 05:(KNS)   The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference leader and Provincial Vice President kashmir and In Charge constituency Sonwar on  Saturday expressed dismay over the  Jammu and Kashmir government’s  decision to withdraw  all the  posts  advertised by prime recruiting agencies JKSSB and JKPSC before October, 2019.

According to a statement issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), reads, at a time when the soaring unemployment rate is causing a swell of discontent in our educated and skilled youth in the face of disengagements of employees, mergers of government departments and snail pace recruitments resulting in the region's figuring among the States facing the highest unemployment rates; the unfortunate  move of withdrawing the already advertised posts  has further  dashed the hopes of hundreds of job aspirants.

"The aspirants who had applied for these posts are dumbfound. Their hopes have been dashed. Moreso, years of preparation has also gone down the drain.  Most of these aspirants have crossed their age limit. Who is now going to pay for the loss of their time, efforts and money?  Such reckless and irrational decisions raise a question mark on the  seriousness of the administration to create job opportunities for our youth," he said.

Seeking the  roll back of the decision, Ahsan asked the admin to rollback the decision. "This decision has made governments promises on job creation ring hollow. I hope the administration will protect the intrests of all aspirants, who had applied for these posts," he said.
Ahsan pardesi said post August 2019 there has been no initiative from central and UT administration to check rising unemployment. Government has failed to provide any stimulus in private sector which could have catered to rising unemployment which has resulted in disempowerment and delusion among youth.(KNS
