Srinagar, Feb 19 (KNS): Senior separatist leader and chairman Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi Friday condemned the attack on Karwane Islami Chairman Maulana Ghulam Rasool Hami by anti-social elements.
In his address during Friday congregational prayers at Budgam, Aga Syed Hasan expressed anguish over the incident and said the way few intoxicated and drunkards manhandled a religious preacher is not only highly condemnable but an indication that waywardness has crept in Kashmir society that was once known for its simple and chaste character.

We must stand against these elements and take all possible steps to bring an order in the society where drug addiction, immorality and waywardness has become a common phenomena,” he said.
Lauding the role of Indian students for showing solidarity with the people of Kashmir, Aga Syed Hasan condemned the use of forces on student community.
“It is an eye opener for India which is adopting dilly dally tactics in resolving Kashmir issue,” he said. (KNS)
