Srinagar, Aug 12 (KNS): President J&K Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian and Senior Hurriyat leader Aga Syed Hassan Almosvi Alsafvi is under house arrest on 35th day.
In a statement issued to KNS, the spokesman said that police besieged strictly the residence. “On the other hand, a prominent member of the organization, Gh Mohd Nagoo has been besieged before two days,” he said.
He said that Aga could not offer the 5th Friday prayer in the central Imambara Budgam due to continuous house arrest.
“The Central Imambara Budgam had been besieged by the force where Friday prayer could not offer. Aga Syed Hassan said the freedom movement of Jammu and Kashmir has been drawn from the blood of Kashmiris. The tricks of privilege could not disassociate the people of Kashmir from the mission of martyrs,” he said.

Aga Syed Hassan strongly condemned the use of power over peaceful protest marches in Budgam and its surrounding and admired the enthusiastic protest of Kashmiri people.
While paying rich tributes to the Martyr Sheikh Abdul Aziz and other martyrs of Uri, he said India had martyred the Sheikh and other 150 youths in 2010 having hidden intentions to suppress the Kashmiris so that not to come on road with freedom demand. But the sacred blood of martyrs created much impetuosity which has proved the Kashmiri people today.
Aga Syed Hassan expressed the grief over sad demise of famous religious scholar Alhaj Syed Mohd Ashraf Andrabi and affirmed mutual loss. He paid tribute to the religious and social services of deceased and prayed for heaven. (KNS)
