Srinagar, Aug 19 (KNS): President J&K Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian and Senior Hurriyat leader Aga Syed Hassan Almosvi Alsafvi was arrested while leading a protest march from his residence towards the Aaripanthan Beerwa. Aga Sahab was programmed to pay the condolence to the families of martyrs. He was accompanied by dozen of followers including dozens of members of association.
Forces blocked the main road leading to the Beerwah near D.C Office Budgam, to stop the protest march. Despite house arrest from past 43 days and a tough besiege by Indian forces, Aga Sahab came out to protest and lead a march. While stressing up on the peace, tranquility and brotherhood, aga told that the oppressive pro-Indian authorities are hell-bent to disturb the cooperation amongst the different sections of the society which will be the biggest impediment in the ongoing holy struggle.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelSpeaking on the occasion, the spokesperson of J&K Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian highly condemned the continuous confinement of Aga Sahab and other members of the organization including Gh Mohd Nagoo who has been confined to his home from last 9 days. Spokesperson further said Indian administration is writing darkest chapters of oppressive history in Kashmir. While condemning the brutal killing of a scholar in Khrew Pampore, the spokesperson said that the rein less Indian forces have created tyranny in Kashmir. (KNS)
