Budgam, Mar 25 (KNS): Describing the observance of Pakistan National Day with the people of Kashmir, senior separatist leader Aga Syed Hasan Friday said that the Government, people and the entire political leadership of Pakistan have all along backed and extended their support to the political movement of Kashmiris.
While expressing his thanks for the support Aga Syed Hasan said it is encouraging that Pakistan has always been striving for the resolution of Kashmir issue as per the wishes and aspirations of people of Jammu Kashmir.
Addressing a Friday congregation in Budgam, he said that it was due to the efforts of government and the people of Pakistan that Kashmir issue had attracted the attention of the international community.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit has assured that Pakistan will continue to support people of Kashmir. It is encouraging,” he said.
While condemning the continuous arrest of Shabir Ahmed Shah, he demanded immediate release of political prisoners including Shah and Masrat Alam. He said random arrests and atrocities can’t break the resolve of people of Kashmir. (KNS)
